Born a military brat in Missouri in 1975, Don Blevins, Jr.’s parents met when his dad was stationed in Korea. Don spent his earlier years overseas living in Korea, Malaysia, and Taiwan. Moving back to the United States in ninth grade, he finished high school at Sidney High in Sidney, Ohio. After high school, Don went to college at Bryan College. Currently an Electrical Engineering Manager at Boeing Defense and living in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Don is raising his three teenage daughters, two of which are in high school and the other in college. While his career has taken him to stops in Ohio, Florida, Washington, California, Texas, Alabama, Tennessee and now Oklahoma, Don admits that he takes great comfort in getting to know the international communities of every place he’s ever lived. Growing up overseas, he has been able to share his own stories within those communities and takes great pride in still feeling part of a global group.
